The operations brief
Every engagement ends in a room with your leadership team, a bound folio, and a analyst who can point to the exact apron corner where an interval stretched. This page describes that session and what arrives on the table.
What you receive
A cloth-bound folio (typically 40–80 pages) containing interval charts, annotated airfield diagrams, variance tables, and a one-page executive summary printed on heavier stock. A matching PDF is delivered the same day.
Charts use our brass-and-walnut notation system: gold lines for observed intervals, green shading for acceptable variance bands, steel grey for log-only data we could not verify on site.
Brief timeline
From field day to boardroom
Pre-brief package (sent 48 hours ahead)
Agenda, list of chart pages in walk order, and three questions we will ask your team to answer during the session. Lets duty managers prepare without reading the full folio first.
Opening interval review (30 minutes)
Senior analyst walks through the flagship turnaround or traffic chart. We pause at each outlier marker and read the field note written in the margin.
Stand-by-stand discussion (40 minutes)
Your team asks questions; we flip to the relevant page. Disagreements about log timestamps are noted for appendix update within five business days.
Decision capture (20 minutes)
We record action items you verbalize — stand reassignments, lane markings, log format fixes — and include them in a follow-up memo.
Who should attend
We recommend the duty manager, at least one ramp supervisor, and whoever signs off on stand allocation. Carrier liaisons are welcome when the engagement covers their rotations. ATC representatives attend only when taxi flow charts are in scope.
Where briefings happen
Most clients host us in their ops conference room. We bring the folio and a compact projector for overlay comparisons. Video briefings are available for teams outside Gyeonggi-do; we mail the bound copy beforehand via registered post.
