Rates and estimate guidance
Every engagement is quoted after scope review. Figures below are starting ranges for typical airport sizes in the Republic of Korea — not fixed checkout prices and not subscription tiers.
Engagement fee ranges

|---|---|---|
| Turnaround Performance Assessment | ₩18,500,000 – ₩28,000,000 | Number of stands, remote stand tows, peak banks observed |
| Apron Traffic Flow Mapping | ₩14,200,000 – ₩22,000,000 | Airfield size, observation windows, log completeness |
| Gate Utilization Study | ₩9,800,000 – ₩15,500,000 | Seasons covered, stand count, site visit inclusion |
| Seasonal Capacity Planning (annual retainer) | ₩32,000,000 / year | Four quarterly reports, two ad-hoc chart requests per quarter |
What affects your quote
- Stand count: Each additional stand beyond the base eight adds field time and chart pages.
- Remote operations: Stands requiring busing or long tows need extra observation windows.
- Log quality: Incomplete timestamps require manual reconciliation, billed at ₩850,000 per additional day.
- Travel: Engagements outside Gyeonggi-do include travel at cost plus one analyst travel day.
- Rush delivery: Cycles under 10 working days incur a 25% urgency surcharge if schedule permits.
