When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, selected engagement type, organization, preferred briefing month, and message content.

Commissioned engagements

During active projects we process movement logs, stand allocation records, airfield diagrams, and liaison contact details you provide. These may include operational timestamps linked to flight identifiers.

Technical data

With your cookie consent, we may collect anonymized page-view statistics. Essential cookies support site function only.

3. How we use data

• Respond to inquiries and prepare fee estimates

4. Legal bases

Inquiry records: 24 months from last contact unless an engagement follows. Engagement deliverables and source logs: 36 months after final report delivery, then anonymized or deleted unless law requires longer retention. Invoices: 5 years per Korean tax requirements.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting providers, email services, and accounting tools under data processing agreements. Operational logs remain within our chart room systems unless you authorize transfer to a carrier or ministry as part of deliverable distribution.

Primary storage is in the Republic of Korea. If we use overseas hosting for email or backup, we apply appropriate safeguards including contractual clauses and encryption in transit.

8. Your rights

9. Security

Client logs are stored on encrypted drives with access limited to assigned analysts. Field devices are wiped after upload to the chart room archive.

Our services are directed at airport professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Significant changes affecting active clients will be notified by email.
