Refund policy

This policy applies to professional chart and briefing engagements commissioned from Rowan Path Analytics Co., Ltd.. It does not apply to informational content on this website, which is free to access.

1. Engagement deposits

Standard payment schedule: 40% on scope acceptance, 40% after field work, 20% on delivery. The initial 40% deposit secures analyst scheduling and begins log review.

2. Refund eligibility

Before log review begins

If you cancel in writing before we start reviewing your movement logs, we refund the deposit minus a ₩350,000 administrative fee.

After log review begins

The deposit is non-refundable because analyst time and archive setup are allocated. Remaining installments for undelivered work may be refunded if cancellation occurs before field observation.

After field observation

No refund of the second installment (40%). If we have not yet delivered the final report, you may cancel delivery for a partial credit of the final 20% installment only.

After report delivery

All payments are final once the bound folio and PDF are delivered and the briefing occurs or is scheduled.

3. Partial refunds

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline by more than 10 business days due to our staffing (excluding delays caused by your data or airside access), you may request a 10% fee reduction on the affected installment.

4. Non-refundable items

• Travel expenses already incurred for field days
• Rush surcharges once work has started
• Printed folio materials after binding
• Manual log reconciliation days caused by incomplete exports you provided

5. Rescheduling field days

Reschedule with at least 10 business days' notice at no charge. Rescheduling with 3–9 business days' notice incurs ₩680,000 per analyst day reserved. Less than 3 business days' notice forfeits the associated field-day installment.

6. No-shows

If your airside liaison fails to meet our analysts for a confirmed field day without notice, that day is billed in full and must be rescheduled under the terms above.

7. Work already started

Charts drafted from completed field observations are billable even if you choose not to receive the final bound folio. We will provide PDF drafts for any completed sections upon request.

8. Purchased materials

Custom-bound folios and express courier delivery are non-refundable once produced or dispatched.

9. Refund process

Email info@desktoprowanpath.click with your engagement reference, invoice number, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original bank account within 14 business days in KRW.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve billing disagreements through direct discussion before formal dispute channels. Korean consumer mediation services remain available where applicable.
