Rowan Path prepares chart-led reports and briefings on airport turnaround intervals, apron traffic flow, and gate utilization. Services are professional and delivered as documented reports — not as software subscriptions, hosted applications, or ongoing login-based access unless explicitly stated in a signed scope letter.

3. Website use

You may browse this site for informational purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. Pricing displayed on the site is guidance only and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a written quote.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, chart notation systems, and sample folio designs are owned by Rowan Path or licensed to us. Delivered report content becomes yours upon full payment, subject to our retention of anonymized methodology templates. We may reference completed engagements in marketing only with your written consent or in anonymized form.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate movement logs, airside access, and timely responses from designated liaisons. Delays caused by incomplete data may extend delivery timelines and incur additional fees as stated in your scope letter.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will treat apron data, movement logs, and unreleased reports as confidential. We store client materials in encrypted archives and destroy field notes containing identifiable flight details after the retention period stated in our Privacy Policy unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Limitation of liability

Our reports reflect observations and log analysis at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee specific operational outcomes from decisions you make using our charts. To the fullest extent permitted by law of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services or site use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Site content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability. Reports are analytical documents, not regulatory certifications or safety approvals.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes
