Our flagship engagement measures the intervals that define your turnaround: chocks-in, passenger door open, catering, fuel, pushback clearance, and every handoff in between. We do not sell software access — we deliver a chart book your duty managers can pin to the ops room wall.

The assessment suits airports reviewing seasonal bank changes, carriers negotiating stand assignments, or ground handlers preparing for a new contract period. We work from your apron, not from a remote server farm.

During field days, two analysts record interval start and stop times using synchronized stopwatches and your movement feed where available. Back in our Uijeongbu chart room, we plot distributions, flag outliers, and annotate charts with the apron conditions we observed — tow paths, GPU placement, bus gate conflicts.

The final briefing walks your leadership through each chart page. You receive questions prepared in advance so the session stays focused on decisions, not definitions.
